At Minikjoler Butikk, we strive to deliver your favorite dresses quickly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days using DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: 12.95 USD.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over 50 USD, delivered within 15-25 business days using EMS.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We currently ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Here’s how it works:

1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] to request a return or exchange authorization. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
